if your going to replace your header go for a genie extractor from Australia (about 5 days delivery wait) they're well worth the time and effort, wouldn't go for HKS or Apexi as they barely outflow the stock manifold which, all credit to Toyota/yammaha (did you know yamamha designed the 4age head ?) flows superbly and is hard to top, the Genie Extractors are exactly that, an extraction manifiold which scavenges the exhaust ports so you can get more air/fuel mixture in with less waste gas.

The TRD and the HKS units have been dyno proven to only LOOK NICE...... according to the Aussie boys. ???

I can vouch for the Genie extractors. :)

I´ve already bought headers for my gti some time ago, but i would like to improve :)

Ive bought Coby 4-1 ones.

Your red gti would look nice with a carbon hood hehehe
