Brakes

Hey all

Had a free saftey inspection done at Toyota and the guy says I will be needing new front brakes soonish, which I sort of new anyway.

Can anyone recommend some good brakes.

Is it worth me putting standard ones on, or shouild I uprate them. Am not planning on doing any silly performance mods to the car.

I realise that it may be cheaper to put the lower end of the uprated scale on, than to buy from toyota.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

hey it just depemds how much you love your car if i was you ill get some decent ones from toyota,cheaper ones tend to dump way more dust over the brakes which can be very annoying.

stock pads are only 30 quid , i doubt you could find aftermarket with as good quality for less.

Thanks, but what about discs?

Should I get standard ones, cos I know they're not cheap.
