Tns200 Made Steering Wheel Audo Ctrl To Stop Working

Hi all,

I recently purchased a TNS200 nav system from eBay and got it connected by toyota dealer to my 2004 RAV4 (XT4). Navigation system is working fine, but audio controls on steering wheel stopped working. I then contacted the dealer and the technician told me that the system didn't have bridge connection for both TNS200 and steering wheel, so he disconnected the connection to steering wheel audio controls and connected to the nav instead. :( I don't understand why the system doesn't have required outputs for both audio controls as XT4 models come with both nav and steering wheel audio controls.

Anybody knows about this bridge connector? any idea what is the partnumber and where can I get it ?

Any help will be appreciated.
