Which oil and filter is best for my st205 gt4, gonna do an oil change me thinks, reckon i've done nearly 5000 miles now.

Personally I use Silkolene Pro S 10W50. looks like Ribena

thats the oil i got... will go in when i get my car back

I need to buy a filter still tho any recommendations on that?

Mobil 1 for me 10w50. Though oilman is doing a good deal on Silkolene so i might change next service. Genuine Toyota filter is definately a must. If you want to be particularly flash you can get a TRD one. But not really necessary on a standard or mildly modded engine.
