Well over the last few weeks i've visited my supplying dealer twice, first time was for a 20K service and check over some warranty jobs, then again for warranty parts ordered in from the first visit.

I found the experience excellent from start to finish, efficient and friendly service staff, service carried out in good time, vehicle cleaned after service :) .

I was kept informed when the warranty items would arrive, then booked in at my convenience to be fitted.

I was give an 06 Aygo to use for two days while they fitted two alloys wheels ,pair rear shock absorbers, sort out knock on rear brakes ,this was done in good time and i was kept fully informed when it would be ready.

This all seemed worlds apart when i bought the vehicle from them a year before, then i had a rather poor used car service and RAC type inspection, and i had to go back and complain and get things fixed :angry: .

The last twist to this experience was, as i left the dealer on saturday i got 1/2 mile down the road and could hear something in the tyre, igot out to find an allen key sticking out of the tread, so i returned to the dealer and they fixed it FOC on the spot.... that to me is top service (and trust me ,i'm very fussy about any work done on my car ), so a round of a applause to the staff at Beadles Toyota ,Aylesford, Maidstone ,Kent.

....and they offer 10% to TOC Gold members :) .

Sounds like you caught the dealer on an "off day" !! :P

Yes maybe i did :rolleyes: , next visit is january for its first MOT :) .
