Bulbs Blown....... Help!

Hi Everyone, hope you are all keeping well, anyways, i have a "X" Reg toyota avensis and 2 of my "Dash Light" bulbs have blown, there the ones on the heater controls, problem is, i can't see how ou replace them, i've taken the center part of the dash out (and the stereo and everything comes out with it), but i can't see how you change them, any help appriceated :)

what type bulb are they too, they don't seem to be the 286 or 233 type, the bases are too big :S i had to use a flatblade screw driver to "undo" them and pull them out
