Do any Aygo's have Cornering Stability Control like the C1 and Peugeot 107's have?

they all have, and it is not something like ESP but controling the brakes independently in the four weels!

The 107 Aygo and C1 have ABS and Electronic Brake Force Distribution which I believe is what you are on about.

However, the 107 and C1 also have CSC (Cornering Stability Control) but I can’t find anywhere if the Aygo has this feature.

The equipment PDF from the Toyota website says

* Electronic Brakeforce Distribution with Cornering Stability Control

* ABS - Electronically controlled with Electronic Brake Distribution

More marketing buzzwords to decipher :D

I'm guessing that this is a brake-only control system. The VSC on the Corolla can also control the throttle, so maybe that is why it isn't called VSC on the Aygo.

Seems also that CSC is only fitted to the front wheels, so whilst it's probably a lot better than none at all it won't give the control that you could get from a four-wheel system. I guess since the Aygos all have drum brakes on the back it was thought probably not worth fitting.

There is a VSC blank in the instrument cluster near P/S one, though not only do I not have VSC in mine there is no playstation either, though I guess the VSC would kill the tightening of the cars line under power ;). and would create the need for a playstion.

For some explanations on VSC which is the same as ESP try here http://www.euroncap.com/content/safety_rat...ommendation.php and http://www.bosch-esperience.com/

Anyhow my car was driven into the back of yesterday parked outside work, kinked rear bumper (so black strip pops out), metal bracket bent up to tyre so had to bend that back, worst thing though shutlines around rear window are uneven, so I guess it has had a thump rather than the claimed touch, dirt fell of rear arch where touched, though there was over 20ft to turn round in but still managed to hit the bright yellow car :ffs:

Anyhow the person came and found me and told me so thats why she gets classed as a lady, though its a small town and no need for cctv in this place  .
