I've just bought a Lucida - with the most complicated Sat Nav/Radio/CD changer/TV ever invented!!!

Is there any way I can convert the Sat Nav from directions around Tokyo (in Japanese) to directions around the UK? Also the FM tuner on the radio will not go above 90 & subsequently I can only pick up Radio 2 (there is only so much of Terry Wogan I can take). Please Help

I looked into this quite a while ago , if you trawl very deep through lots of the old threads on this forum I think you will find plenty of people who have hit the same problems, with regards to to radio the Japanese have a totally different frequency scale so I do know for a fact that you can find a converter for this. The TV will need converting to PAL I've seen threads on this also, the Sat Nav I'm affraid possibly will never work as there isn't a disc for the UK and the firmware is written in Japanese (I would like to stand corrected if anyone knows otherwise). Try this site and see if they can help Converters

But if you want the best answer it would be probably to give up and replace it as the conversion will cost an arm and a leg.

Thanks!!!!

Thank you guys for your help here. I think it will be a matter of replacing it with UK unit.

Another issue is, can you get an arm rest for the passenger seat, there's one on the drivers.
