Ok So My Cdplayer Dont Work Anymore

ok, so i have my equilzer in and its working fine, bought a sub and amp today and put it in and when i turn on my ignition my cdplayer n equilzer dont work anymore... and if thats not enough the icon for the headlights in the dash dont work anymore either....

im guessing my warenty has gone out the window.. for the audio anyway so im stuck

help please!!!!

Assuming it's all connected correctly, have you checked the fuses?

Don't panic you may have simply blown a fuse.

Check your manual to locate which fuse has blown - some are under the bonnet and some under the speedo cowling. But take care, if a fuse has blown it has done so for a reason so check all your wiring again, and replace any fuse with one of the same rating.

Just buy a new radio with dvdplayer and screen :!Removed!:

ok kool thanks, ill try that, it was working fine this morning just when i put my sub in it stopped working... and also the inside light has stopped working and the head light icons on the speedo dont show up anymore.

check all your wiring and then replace the fuses. The fuses are the mini type and they are in a little black box on the right hand side of the bonnet. The fuse for the radio is also on the lighting circuit so don't worry, the one fuse replaced will make it all work again.

sorted now, was just the fuse lol, im such a newbie with cars lol
