My rear door Speakers are blown out. Speakers seemed to work perfectly until i installed my new alpine HU. I own a Avensis -99. How do i remove the glass opener "without destroying it?"

Use a piece of cloth about 35cm x 10cm. Point the window winder downwards. 'Loop' the length of cloth under the winder. Gently pull upwards on the ends of the cloth applying pressure to the spindle area. This with release the locking clip allowing the winder to slide off the spindle.
