that strut is different to mine, mine has a damper in the middle of it.

yeh ur strut is the T sport strut, where as my one is the TTE strut which is fitted into the T Sport compressor

the one with the damper is the OEM fitted one on the 2005 T-sport which is TTE branded.. (not to be confused with the actual TTE strut available from TTE).

the new T-Sport compressor has the actually TTE strut fitted (not the damper version)

Call me cynical but does a strut brace make any difference whatsoever?

yes.... compare the t-sport that came out without it (pre-2005 i think) and the one with it.... very important difference !!... ie the car no longer handles like a blamange!

It's a pity you didn't see the strut brace from the facelift T Sport (ie with the damper) on eBay a few weeks back...

 looks great whats the part number and will all mr-T's charge the same for it ???

im afraid i dnt hav the part number for it n e more, but u can always go on the TTE website and ask them for the part number, dnt use the part number from the actual TTE website, bcos that part number is for the (LHD) Left Hand Drive cars. im pretty sure all Mr-T charge for the same price, if not im sure u could order it from TTE themselves

autoleads do a fascia convertor.

as so far i found no-one that is able to convert the stalk-controls to an after-market head unit... so you won't be able to use them.

yup, i hav the front splitter, and springs fitted on my car, though that front splitter is actually designed for the pre-facelift corolla, but i fitted it onto my facelift corolla, springs makes a big difference from standard springs and adding the strut makes it handle even betta, im planning to fit anti roll bars to the car lata aswell to improve the handling even more. u can buy the faceplates on eBay, i need to buy one bcos im planning to get a new headunit soon and for the controls on the steering wheel, i cant and i dnt think n e 1 else can find where we can find the thing to make the controls work with an after market headunit

lol, chenks u always seem to post it a mintue or 2 bfor me  :P

Excellent stuff - i was thinking of taking that one and hiding it up the back - getting a new one and connecting it up without killing any wires.

Got any links of the facisa on eBay? How much did the splitter n that cost u? and yeah lets see some pics of your corollas :-)
