Mr2 Fault

:( has anyone ever had a P0443 fault? 2001 mr2 showing this code - can you shed any light on this please?

just bought the motor last week, great fun to drive but this has put a dampner on it!!

Hey there! I have come across a few weird codes on the MR2. Sometimes the code can be prefixed with a random number/code. In your case P0443! Its very likely that your code is actually 43.

Code 43 = Starter signal circuit,main relay, starter relay, ignition switch or circuit ECU. Your local toyota garage should be able to asertain what that means. It may actually just be a fault indication which needs clearing which shouldnt cost you anything if you have already paid for a diagnostic check. Hope this helps :D
