Aircon Pressure Switch

I've been quoted £80 for the aircon pressure switch from Mr T although after using a dye it appears that just the seals are faulty. Our company supplies seals and extrusion so i might just open it up and replace them with our own products. If that doesnt work and I HAVE to replace the switch, who are the aircon manufacturers as it is a huge amount to pay for just the switch and sight glass? Thanks all.

Once you open it up it's a regas. the law requires the sytem to be tested properly.

Think again if I were you.

Its needs a regas anyway - the problem area this damn seal. I tried loosening the nut at lunch but the whole switch just flexes on the mounting bracket, despite using WD40 etc. anyone else had any success removing the switch?
