Harly Wax Highly Recommended!

I jus finished waxing my car with Harly Wax. And i got to say its amazing! my cars in white and it looked very dull before and after closer inspection it looks like the weather had really taken its toll on the paint, resulting in the clearcoat slowly fading away.

I was recommended by a friend of mine to use a paint cleaner /polish to get rid of the oxidised paint and to use pure carnauba to act as a barrier on the paint to protect it from weathering. After looking online and doing some research i came across 'Harly wax' which is 100% pure #1 yellow carnauba wax, it is not cheap but not anywhere near as expensive as the zymol/swissol versions!

Applying this wax to your paint work is like butter, its really smooth! i had turtle wax before and i cant tell you how much different it is. The good thing about carnauba wax is that it doesnt leave white powder residue around the car. As you can tell i am very chuffed with this product that is why i wanted to share it with everyone! The cheapest place to buy this wax is on eBay, i bought mine for £15, but the tin was alot bigger than i originally thought so i guess it was worth it! If anyone else knows of any good products please let us know!

i use Meguiars gold class wax and i have to say that compared to turtle wax i used before it's definitly much much better....

i also use some auto glym products and found them very good, but never tried their wax so i cannot comment on that.

just ordered a pot too!!! It better be good. I'll try it out when the car is back from Mr T. Hopefully they would have given a clean before i get it back.

Its a great product, I would recommend a good car wash and a pre-wax before hand. I used Zymol auto-wash & cleaner wash before applying the Harly Wax!
