Lambda/oxygen Sensor - Location?

Can someone point me in the right direction to locate the oxygen sensor on my 97 corolla (as avatar).

The haynes manual points it out as being on the exhaust manifold, yet I have removed the shielding and connot see it or no wires. Am I looking in the right place or just blind?

The reason I ask is that I need to test it and see if it has a part number on it as the number Toyota gave me from my reg no is for a 1.3 engine whereas mine is a 1.6. Are these interchangeable?

if u give me your vin No il check the part No for you..
