When you say face plate do you mean the facia adapter for fitting a new stereo? Skidz are just down the road from me. Got a pic?

Is the stereo in CTS a single DIN or a double DIN size under all that plastic moulding?

Wanting to upgrade the standard head unit for ages and no one seems to be sure if its a standard size or not.

Why do maufacturers insist on making their built in standard stereos such odd shapes, it irritates the clean s##t out of me! :P

I imagine they use funny shapes so some chav does not take a liking to my Sat-Nav and 're-locate' it from my dash into his nova!

it's a double DIN headunit in a double DIN fascia.

it's fairly straight forward to convert to single DIN using autoleads fascia.

well when i said straight forward..... its easy if you have plenty of the right tools, and plenty of patience removing the existing plastic air vent/grill :D

Sorry about the late reply iv been away - it fits in the space very nicely, cubby hole at the top and the cd player underneath single - can be a double if u need it to be. :-)
