Converting Kph Clocks To Mph

I want to put UK MPH clocks in my Jap Corolla Levin, but can anyone tell me if changing the clocks alone will convert the reading from KPH to MPH??? i.e. do I need a convertor of some sort or is the mechanical convertor built into the clock?

I will also need to de-restrict the car - what's needed?

Not sure if its different on the AE86, but on my ST205 i bought a speed converter from these guys for £25 :thumbsup:

Edit: Website seems to be offline atm :huh:
