Gearchange Linkage

[GT4 BOOSTER]

is the gearchange linkage a serviceable part on a sw20 , it feels a bit sloppy and i'd like to make it feel tight again.

i can also really hear the rod sliding through the car is this normal - thanks

ahh !! i see its cables , same as the celica with rubber bushes with a brass inner.

soon to be replaced with bearings

as it got a long gear stick?

if so get one from a rev 3 it's shorter and helps no end

only 4 bolts & your cables takes all of about 10 mins to change
