Done Diagnosis But Still Need Help Please

right i connect terminals in diag port te1 & e1 it flashes 5,4then i do wat it says on st205.net but would the coolant level sensor have anything to do with fans not cutting in please help also does it have a intercooler or charge cooler

ST205 = chargecooler. Also known as a Water to Air intercooler. Same thing. :yes:

The coolant level sensor may also be the temp sensor for the fans. Please correct me if i`m wrong someone.

This might sound like a daft question, but you have checked the coolant level? :unsure:

yes mate done level;s were do i find fan sensor

Not 100% sure on the 205. On mine it lives down the bottom right hand side of the rad.

top up the charge cooler with the engine running from cold , rev it gently as you fill , you will see it flowing , keep going until it overflows then replace the cap.

the temp sensor is as said in the radiator or it will be to the right of the chargecooler along with aload of other sensors.
