Heater Dust

HI

I HAV A 98 GLS AND RECENTLY WHEN THE CAR STEAMS UP AND I USE THE FAN DUST IS RELEASED

AND IT STINKS. AFTER A WHILE THE DUST DISAPPEARS BUT THE WIND SCREEN DOES NOT

DEMIST INSTEAD IT BECOMES MORE DUSTY. I HAV LET THE CAR HEATERS RUN BUT THE PROBLEM

DOESNT GO AWAY. I CANT REMOVE THE CONDENSATION FROM THE WINDSCREEN.

HELP PLEASE

The dust might be a dirty filter.

The best way to demist your windscreen is to use the aircon rather than heat, if your aircon works well, it should only take a few seconds and it will all disappear.

Hello :thumbsup:

As said above whip out your cabin filters (x2 of them) and replace with new ones theyre probably filthy and clogged up which would explain all the dirt/dust and the poor strength of the blowers trying to clear the windscreen.
