i know that its suppose to be 13Psi as standard which would equate to about .9 bar

Stock toyota tolerance is 11.9-16.7PSI which is 0.84-1.17bar

Normally measured as around 0.85-0.95bar though.

Mine ran 12 psi stock on the dyno. If toyota tolerances are to 16.7 psi, is that the safest upper limit to run it at?

but now...... :D 325BHP 330 LB/FT @ 1 bar :D

About that yes. However I would suggest getting the breathing sorted properly and ensure it's all in good working order, i.e. new dizzy plugs leads fuel filter etc before you start playing with boost levels

yup thats correct mike

the reason for the 234bhp was because it was running rich and losing peak power. not got that problem now that my car is being run by an Apexi Power FC B)
