There's a great "earpl 'n' norm" how-to up the stickies.

I'm feeling generous ti=onight, so here's the link:- Clicky!

Personally, I went to a garage and paid 65 quid, but then I'm lazy...

Cheers guys! Ill give it a go myself i think as i dont have cash to throw around! How much do tein springs lower it by by any chance and will handling be better than the tte ones that the SR comes with?

-35mm front and -38mm rear to balance the looks of the car :D Yeah they willl make it handle loads better! If you look at the spring rate, it's much higher on the Tein's i.e. they're stiffer :D This means less of that nasty body roll! Tbh the SR springs aren't really anything special as i dont think they are much more uprated then standard Yaris springs! They are just shorter obviously!

I think the SR springs are quite good actually well compared to the other small cars i have been in, so much better than my friends corsa with gmax springs on even!

dont use spring compressors at the back.. its such a ball ache..

What you do, is jack the car up and put it on a axsle stand at both sides, then you unbolt the nut that holds the rear struts and pulal it off, at both sides. the whole bar that supports the springs will become loose...

Take the springs out and put the new ones back in and let it down slowly :D

There's a Jaxx-written guide in the how-tos as well, but earpl and norm's is funnier.. I think it shows the method Moffmo has just said.
