Battery Removal

I just replaced the bettery in my 98 Avensis and now the centralk locking doesn't work, is there something I need to do? Also the drivers electric window one touch up and down function isn't working but it will work normally.

Oh one other thing why I'm asking questions. The airbag light is flashing to, what does this mean and how do I stop it?

Sounds like a job for a diagnostics tool. When the auto function of the drivers door window stopped working on mine the Toyota mechanic just had to reprogram, 2 min job. Disconnecting the Battery seems to have upset your system.
