The second time you press it it deactivates the interior sensors and maybe the alarm completely.

I use it if the dog is in the car so I can lock the car. Otherwise if you only press it once then the dog will set the alarm off when it moves

you seem to be right the second time does seem to turn the interior sensors off, but,WHERE ARE THEY

only way i tested this was waving my arms about like a mad man to see if the alarm went off.

one press alarms all

two press deactivates the interior sensors,

so anyone like to let me know where the sensors are please

There are hidden ultrasonic or microwave sensors around the gear lever area. As far as I understand it the unit emits a load of signals in various directions and measures the ammount that gets back. It does this once a second (or something like that) and if the measurement returned differs then the alarm goes off.

Anyone else please feel free to correct me.

Cheers
