Console Display Avarage Fuel Read Out?

On my 03 Avensis,the display window where the Nav sat is you also have an average fuel read out with several options,eg range etc.Before I had miles to the gallon now I have kilometers per litre diplayed :( .

Anyone know how I can get back to the "old money"readout?

Should be a language option to change from english (km) to english (miles) if i remember correctly...

Do you know how to get to it?Ta

It tells you in the handbook how to do it. I changed mine just after the car was delivered. If you cannot find it I will get my handbook and look it up for you. I seem to recall it was an easy thing to do.

from very, very vague memory I seem to recall it was pressing and holding down the DISPLAY button?

.....maybe.... (then you see it flick from km to miles)

AFAIK Push the knob in the centre, and turn it until you get the setting you want. There are three in total I think.
