Hey guys,

I need new complete set of brakes (front and back) for my 95 Gen 6 and I want them in red. Any recommendations on the best brand and where I can order them?

Cheers,

GR77

do you mean you want 'red stuff' pads? If you want red brakes you will need to paint them red like i did with mine... or go for a big brake conversion... which whould be very expensive and slighty pointless.

The easiest solutions are usually the best.

TOYOTA STOCK PADS are good enough , with no engine mods .GREENSTUFF PADS are good too , last ages and give no dust on the alloys but are expensive --- I once read an article that stated the rear calipers on the celica are more powerfull than the front calipers on most modern cars.

what exactly do you want to change? discs and pads?

any requirements? e.g drilled grooved...

I'm a total newbie to working on my own car (used to just send it to garage) but ever since I bought my celica I've caught some sort of bug that makes me want to do it all myself

So I'm open to any suggestions and would appreciate it if you could let me know if there's any good books to read up on about celica maintanence?

Cheers
