Brake Problems

Hi all Am having problems with my brakes. After a track day, I know i need more discs and pads, but there is a clunking noise when I let off the brake pedal after braking. Wondering if it may be the master cylinder or maybe something a little less serious. Any ideas Thanks Richie K
