Pics Of First Part Of My Gen5 Engine Upgrade

hi all just thought i would put on a few pics of my engine after a few mods , like adamgt i bought the XS power set up and the guys at AP MOTORS in plymouth (Hutch and Kev) and after much swearing, sweating and making things fit , finally got it all up and running and many thanks to them for it.

pics will speak for themselves about what has been done , running at a safe 1 bar putting out 275bhp with 220lb's and with an air temp of 21'C , there's a problem with the wastegate spring which is bringing the full boost at the top end of the rev range which will be sorted next time i go in.

saving up for the next stage which will include forged pistons and rings , boost controller, 205 injectors and a metal head gasket and then hopefully will push 350+.
