could some one please advise me on what size Battery is best used on the gt-four as when my lights r on and everything else if i press both of my window switches everything else goes very dim

Dont think it matters what Battery size you get as long as it obviously fits, i'd just get the best one that you can afford. :thumbsup:

Engine on or off?? and how much.

If your engine is off this is normal. If engine on sound only be marginal if the same as when engine off might need to look into getting your alternator refurbished

test the Battery with a voltmeter , switch every single auxcillary on that you can , lights on mainbeam,rear window demist, fans up full etc, the reading should be 14.4 volts when you rev the engine above 2500 rpm. any lower and the alternator isnt pushing out enough voltage to cope .

the windows do stress the system alot anyways , especially trying to close both together , spray the window runners with some silicon spray and grease the internal runners and window operation behind the door cards will help the glass glide alot easier also reduced friction will ease up on the power needed to close them , less strain on the motor = less drain on the power supply.

try closing 1 at a time , see if thats any better.
