Steering Wheel Shakes

last months i have a problem with my starlet 99, is an Automatic Transmission, and when I´m stopped and the gearbox is in "D" and the break is on, the steering wheels shakes too much and also the keyring vibrates like crazy, when i drive it´s normal

everything started when i went to change oil a couple of months ago, and the mechanic changed the engine supports.

get it balanced!

put it in neutral when stopped,and foot on the brake it will save the gearbox and stop the juddering, the gearbox is trying to drive the car all the time ur stopped if left in drive.

this is a quick solution - not the answer.

Shouldn't be balancing as from reading the thread it's when the car is stopped. Wheel balancing would be noticed when the car is moving :D

shouldn't shake. you need to get the throttle adjusted slightly - its trying to creep whilst in drive.

normal? sorry but i dont believe it. I think it could be a couple of things:

1. damaged engine supports

2. Bad engine maintenance, maybe the minimum and spark plugs aren´t well calibrated.

do you think so?
