I did look at some of the others but between snow shots and poor phone camera's, this one seemed rather good.

Yeah, second that. The tree is painful. Not as painful as one of my work mates. He had a LR. He's got a video of him off road, lost traction up a slope, and rolls back into a tree. Caved the back in. Comical in a cringing sort of way. Don't suppose he'll let me post it.

Well the Chat Meister keeps bumping the thread, so I thought I'd oblige. Can't compete with Simon's excellent stuff, but I thought I'd post what in my opinion are a lovely looking pair. :P . No, I don't mean the Chat Meister's Avatar....... :g: actually perhaps I do and also that other Toyota lady. :D....................................

There you go. Both laundered and polished. :D

Bad day for photos. It was supposed to brighten up, met office must have the seaweed upside down again. Anyway had to take the opportunity to take the photo while a certain vehicle a few houses away wasn't in shot.

If I had posted a pic with that in, it would have been a drumming out of TOC, followed by a visit from the TOC vigilante santas :xmas::ph34r::xmas::ph34r::xmas::ph34r::xmas::ph34r: followed by :gun_bandana: followed by :giljotiini:

Quite like driving the Yaris (What am I saying?  ). It's quite relaxing, diesel is reasonably sweet. Can't understand the motoring press only giving it a mediocre rating.

Here you go back to my senses:-

Nice fleet shcm.

You've got your work cut out there mate.

Ignore the press they talk nonsense anyway!!!

Still haven't got round to taking any photos of my Rav4 but here is one of it before I bought it. Still not sure about the sidestripes. Looks a bit "hairdresserish" (no offence to hairdressers).

Looking at the photos as one does at this ridiculous time of night, it occurred to me that the bike photo didn't show a spare wheel. Do they run on run-flats too??? Or does one carry it on one's back?   Must be hellish for the pillion passenger then! And where's the stabilisers? (puir cheek)

I will probably put the mockers on it straight away, but in 30+ years of riding & driving I have never had a puncture.........

Now watch this space for news of getting one !

On a a long bike ride, and especially when going onto the continent I will carry one of those 'Tyre Weld' cans or the tyres can be treated with a similar compound before a puncture occurs.

Just going a little off topic here...  I have some stuff called "Green Slime" in my mountain bike tyres....Brilliant stuff..Stops all punctures (well most) Believe you can get the same type of product put into car tyres.....
