Opnions On 2000 Rav4 Reebok

Would really apreciate opnions on this Rav 4. My mate Gill fancies a Rav4 she has a budget of £6000. We have seen a 2000 W reg 1st generation "Reebok" at our Toyota main dealers. It has done 49000 miles and is in pretty good nick full main dealer service history. The price is £5995, ( no discount + 6 months tax). I await your comments!!!

So it seems its a bit over priced, if you are still keen on the RAV4 take a print of the parkers guide price and take it with you to the dealer, if they are not flexable on the price ...time to walk away :( .

Even with a years road tax ,new mot , years warranty and the having lower than average mileage its not worth anymore that £5000 :) ......good luck.

Does it have ABS and A/C - some of the special editions didn't ...

I bought A 5dr one a few years ago from a local main dealer who assured me it did have ABS - to cut a long story short I exchanged it back for my old PX'ed 3dr RAV under the Toyota 14 day exchange scheme (even though it took a couple of months and I had done 2,600 miles in the 5dr one by then !!).

If it does not have at least ABS and you still want it haggle hard as most buyers like the additional safety this offers and it could be harder to sell on later without it.
