Greets from Polish CorrollaClub. I know your forum long time but usually was just reading it.

I have CTS 2003 with one very small mod: KN Typhon short ram. it gave about 12Hp gain..did not belive untill i raced with other CTS series and Civic TypeR..it made e huge difference.

we have club meeting twice a year.here is a video I mad my self last year from quartermile racing finals..I was 2nd..but then mine was series doing 15.2xET

this year had meeting again at the track sponsored by Toyota dealer ;-)

I was the fastest from all CTS. my best score is below:

the clutch is nearly dead (awaiting new Exedy now) it will arrive very soon with fidanza flywheel ;D...

I know some of you have fidanza so question is did you pick up any time difference to qurtaer mile or to 100km/h?? acceleration should be better, but i am afraid that will not hit the lift on 2nd gear!

pls share expirrience and enjoy the movie..its a first I ever made ;P

your CTS can do better then that ! :-) keep practice! the start is the most important part.if you are stock then you start about 5rpm and you will have 15.5 min...

I've read some UK tests it looks like not many people can go over the lift on 2nd gear! ;-) in one of the articles they wrote its imposibble ..huh..well was not easy but I've learnt and I go to lift on 2nd gear aprox 90% times.

Thanks, but I drag race a supercharged Mustang usually so I'm kind of used to the strip

That was the only time I ever tried the Corolla down the strip but I plan to run the Compressor when I have chance to see what it does.

yep. 178>189KM.. then went to other MACH dyno and got a better score (attached) 194KM ;-)

I have few ideas what else I will do but first is the fidanza ..very curious if it will help to drop me at least 0.2x secs to quartermile..SMT6 is fairly cheap in PL now so thinking about it potential gains (cost is about 330USD with map setups). who has the strongest CTS n/a here? (not compressor)

I have an 04 CTS its got the same typhoon kit and i cant wait to get it on the rollers next month. Ill be very pleased if it gets me 12hp. Ill let u guys know how i get on.

I got 199.9BHP with my K&N Typhoon kit - but no-one believes it's a true result. You should get the car rolling-roaded before and after fitment to really find out...
