Carina E Estate Help

I need to replace the rear springs on my 96 JDM Caldina.

It looks very similar to the Euro Carina E estate.

But my rear suspension has different springs.

The diameter of the bottom coil is the same, but your euro versions have a springs which has the same diameter at the top as the bottom, whereas the Japanese version has tapered springs.

I want to fit H&R springs, but they are listed for the Euro version only.

to fix this, I could fit the top spring mounts off a Euro version, so I could then run the Euro springs, but I don't know if these will fit upto the mounting holes in my car.

It bolts up with 3 studs in a triangle (non symetrical so it only goes in one way) underneath the rear seatbelts upper mount.

Is it possible for someone to measure the spacings between the mounting studs so I can compare to mine.

Or I can supply the distances between mine to compare...

Any and all help would be appreciated. :)

I'll have a check in the next day or so but aren't the front and rear mounting holes the same? They were on my old Corolla.
