Clutch

Hi peeps just a quick question

I have a 1995 corolla 1.3 16v 4e-fe engine, I was just wondering how easy it is to replace the clutch as my thrust bearing is making a horrible rattle :(, i have had a quote at £65 for the clutch but i have not yet had a fitting quote

I am quite a competent diy mechanic and can doo basic service's, brake systems, electrics etc etc but have had no experience with clutches or gearboxes, is it a job i can do myself or is it worth paying a garage to do it?

i have a haynes manual also :D

thanks peeps
