Anyone who has the stainless steel goodridge brake lines can you help me out please.

Before I get them fitted, the rear brake lines are in 2 seperate sections and the replacement goodridge hose is 1 piece and is longer than the standard one.

Does the 2 pieces get replace and the little metal box bypassed with the 1 hose

(see pic below)

The 2 hoses connect to this little box circled in red, I take it the 2 hoses are removed, the box is no longer used and it's just 1 straight though hose.

Just need someone to confirm

Yep - thats the case Adam.

I think the rears are in two parts to tray and keep the hoses as short as possible.

One other tip is to take your time making sure you get a nice 'S' curve to ensure the lines sit back away from your wheels when they're on...
