On a good day if the cars running efficiently around 240 - 250 BHP at the crank. You`ll be loosing roughly 40BHP through the transmision so expect around 200-ish at the wheels. But there are a lot of variables.

They do say to expect 20 -25% loss with 4x4. But thats a load of old tosh. If you`ve got a car with 200BHP and it takes 50 BHP to run the transmission then you make that car have 500BHP it`s still only going to take 50 BHP to run the same trannie. So i figure reading various posts on the subject. 40 to 50 is a ballpark figure. 60 does seem a bit up-ish. You got any gearbox oil in it????

ive got the oz 17"ultra leggra wheels suppose to be the lightest wheels on the market but what other mods can be done to the transmision to gain that power back

Worry less about getting that back and focus more on creating more

Abso-bleedin-lutely  If you wanted to be really finicky you could use fully synth gearbox oil in the g/box and transfer box and fully synth in the diff. With PTFE additives. It would give a slight improvement. But i don`t know what the long term merits would be. Just bang the boost up and pray the engine holds together - Very improper - but great fun while it lasts.

Adequate innit. :D The good thing is you`re putting that down through 4 wheels. Better than that 2WD tosh.

212.8bhp at the wheel... which is a loss of 63.4 from my fly figure of 276.2 ...

Think the exact loss for me was 60.1 :)
