Rear Strutbrace And Poly Bushes

:) Hi,After fitting the my rear strutbrace the plastic top mounting covers no longer fit,i've tryed cutting them but the brace tubing is too long for them to clip over the top of them,have any of you go over this problem as my boot area dosn't look finished.Also has any one renewed thier old bushes with poly ones,my cars just over 3 years old and i just want to tighten up the front end and i think it would work well with my front brace.

the plastic top mounts definatly won't fit, I wouldn't bother trying to get them to fit.

I don't think anyone has fitted them either.
