2001 Tundra engine check light

I got 2001 Tundra V8. I recently put on cool air-intake(downy),set of crome-header, and over-size pipes and cross over and free-flow muffs. Now , I get check-engine light, I took it to Toyota dealer and scanner's date"insufficient coolaint temperature". Please help me out here!! Anyone has idea to solve this problem?

basically your engine never reaches proper operating temp. so it doesn't run as efficiently as it could. i'll go ahead and state the obvious here...a warm engine runs more efficiently than a cool engine.
