hello every one i was doing little research on the used celica car market in uk . I found out that the celica is way cheaper on the eBay than local dealers or online dealers. Is this just me or this infact is true? What is the reason behind this?

Most cars are cheaper on fleabay. :D It`s usually because the seller wants rid of quickly or the car may have a darker side to its history.

If you take a Celica to a dealer they will offer you the minimum they can get away with on it so as to maintain their profit margins, so a seller is more likely to make a little extra selling itprivately, at auction or on eBay. This is especially relevent if the car has no service history, or is modified, thrashed,trashed or has accident damage. Or their may even be a hidden fault with the car.

This is not to say all cars on eBay are dodgy. Some sellers just find it more convenient to sell that way. Their are some good cars about on eBay, but you have to be careful.

It`s up to the buyer to sort out the good from the bad. Caveat emptor........ Let the buyer beware.
