As someone who has owned both models then you're in the best position to judge the differences/similarities.

You mention racing them, which usually means that this thread would be locked as street racing is illegal and we will not promote this sort of irresponsible behaviour.

Personally I find the whole 'racing' thing a joke anyway. It's all about the driver - not the equipment. Sabine Schmitt proved this by doing a 10.04 lap of the Nurburgring in a Transit Van.

Keep this thread on a pros and cons of one over the other please.
