Cd-rws Playable In Latest Model Rav4

Does anyone know if the CD player in the current model RAV4 GX plays re-writeable CDs (CD-RWs)? I'm sure it will play ordinary CDs created at home (CD-Rs)

I know that the one in the Corolla plays both types, while the player in the Yaris does not play CD-RWs

Any help REALLY greatly appreciated

Actually, any 'music' CD player can only play 'closed 'CD's', so I'd always reccomend a CD-R, and close it.. if you want the re-writable function, buy a minidisc autochanger..

my 2003 rav4 does not play CD/RW, everything else is no problem..
