you need 2 fixing brackets . if you went from double din to single din you will also need a blanking plate or cubby hole pocket to fill the gap . the gap is the same size where you fit it also headunits are the same size so why it wont fit is unknown ????

I have a Gen 4 Celica GT, just picked it up and noticed that it takes Double DIN, btw theres no unit installed.

My question: I've located the 2 fixing brackets, its a UK model is there anything I should be aware of before purchasing a double DIN unit from eBay or anywhere else for that matter?

TIA

i fitted mine this morning, turns out i didnt have to have a bracket after all, i jus took out the middle unit ( with ac buttons on) and screwed my cd player to the cage, cya!
