Picked it up last Thursday :)

I declined the style pack when ordering, but may want to add the side step. Does anyone know how much these are, on their own?

Also thinking about adding the roof rails back on. Again, anyone got a price?

We had the sides steps put on afterwards. Approx. £340 + VAT I think. I'll double check tonight when I get home.

Gareth.

That'll be great Gareth. My dealer did quote me a 'specail' price of £280 fitted, when i was ordering, but I thought I'd go without and see how my 5 year old son gets on. Wasn't sure how 'special' the price was, but from your experience, it looks to be below normal rrp. The guy I'm dealing with is on holiday this week, so can't confirm with him if he will hold the price.

Also, if you've got any pictures with the step fitted, I'd be grateful if you could post them up for me to see. I'm not 100% sure I want them, as I don't particularly want a plank (!!) on the side of the car.

You can see them and the fitting instructions on the Toyota Publications Website. If you take a look at second hand vehicles on the Toyota Sales website, there are often demonstrators with them. They look more tubular than planklike! Look at the T180's at Altrincham and Oakmere.

Regards

PS I will post some photos of my XT4 when I get chance.

Sorry, didn't get a chance last night as it was after 11:30pm when I got home. I will try again tonight and see if I can get some photos, although it might be a bit dark! I wasn't 100% sure about their look before getting them but I am entirely happy with them now. I needed them for getting to the roof to mount our mountain bikes on there. It makes it a lot easier.

Yes quite nice. I did consider those instead of the steps. I think for stepping into the car they'll be fine. However I needed a secure footing to stand and balance on whilst lifting a mountain bike onto the roof so in the end I went for the steps.

I quite like these actually: http://www.direct4x4.co.uk/index.php?p=vie...;product_id=595

Opinions anyone?

Ok I can confirm that the side steps were £285 plus VAT so approx. £335 in total.

No pictures yet I'm afraid, too dark! :-)

In reply to roof bars question. I added the roof rails to my Graphite XT4 , paid £250 for the Silver ones from main dealer with about 10% off. Black ones are about £50 cheaper. Pleased with the look, nice contrast (seen Avensis estates with silver bars on grey cars and liked them).
