Second Timing Belt Due

Hi guys long time no see lol

I'm now due the second timing belt (119k) on Desmond so wanna run it past you guys what i should change, iv been told by a few people that the water pump should be changed at the same time which i think would be wise as its unlikely to last another 60k , also some say i should change the belt tensioner and others say no you don't, so , whats the advice guys ?? :D

if the tensioner spins with no noise or side play , left,right ,up ,down it should be ok . new ones are like 40 quidish AFAIK so not alot to Shell out really.

Water pump definatly. Mine seized, lots of noise, lots of steam, shredded cam belt, not nice.
