Hi guys a friend of myn and i both have a toyota Tazz (south africa) its basicaly a toyota conquest 1300cc with a 2E engine. We want a bit more power so we can actualy go up a hill. I would love to put a 20V engine in but the conversion i a bit expensive in this country. We both have Branches and free flows as well as k&n filters. Iv heard of some guys putting in 276 billet cams and getting some nice power out of these little engines. iv even herd of guys puting in 288 billet cams. but people say the engine is to week for it.

Their is a conversion availabe for 2E engines they reprofile the camshaft do a stage 2 modification on the carburetor gasflow and put a branch and free flow on. and get the car from 55kw to 71kw isnt bad. but its very expensive imo you can take a look at this link below

What my friend and I would like to know whitch is the best camsahft for our engines. We find that our cars have a reasonable top speed but almost no acceleration. Thanks guys
