Tramlining - 6th Gen - Tyres? Advice Pls

Hello,

I recently brought a 6th gen celica 1.8, which I am very pleased with, but have found the steering to follow indents/undulations on the road a little too much (tramlining i think this is called), even man hole covers/paint will set it off to either side.

Otherwise the car drives straight, and pulls up straight, so is it the tyres? what is the best type to get?

I have 215/45zr17 91y sport k104 ventus tyres.

Any help/advice appreciated.

thanks

Chris
