Aygo Black 5door

just bought a new Aygo Black, i say just i got it in september

i know there are parts you can buy i.e. Spoiler/Fog Lights etc etc but i want more

i want body panels, cool bumbers etc, and i wanna get into the engine too like cold air intakes anyone know where i can get things like these from? ive seen 107/C1's but they look quite crap to start with, just wondering if anyone has a 'pimp my ride' style one? pics and stuff, really wanna get in to the tuning too so any info would help, looked on max power and all there associated sites, to be honest bit bored now, does anyone know where i can get things like this from ?

its all bog standard at the moment, however i am convinced that the Aygo 'Black' is the fastest model, i read on the net that it does about 3seconds faster than the Sport in the 0-60 but weights slighty more too ... is this true?

The black is no faster than any other Aygo, it has black paint, different wheels, a leather gear knob and door sill plates.

my Aygo did 0-60 in around 8 seconds this morning, uphill with a window open ... is this normal? i mean it says in all the brocures that it does it in 13.9 or something, ive had a race with a Sport and won none the less, i race on the Moors at blackstone edge in Lancashire, great fun, not a rally car as ive found.

but yeah like i asked, does anyone know where i can get cool acc's for my car ?

Don't be thinking counting up in your head is a proven 0-60 because ALL Aygo's have the same 1 litre 3 Cylinder engine and if any Aygo is going to be fastest it would be the Basic model because it has the least bits and bobs in it.

i did it on the stereo, and they all come with the same equipment tbh,

Now thats why my red aygo go faster at night cos it gets darker Is it the darker the colour the faster the car then ? There are facts to backup this theory , in the speed evvents nearly all winnig athleats are black so that means that black is faster nice theory :P

Do you put Redbull in the fuel tank to do a 0-60 in 8 secs? Have always wanted to try that as they say it gives you wings :D :D :D

They maybe fast for what they are but defo dont go 0 - 60 in 8seconds, an MX-5 does that in about 9 seconds, you should try raceing an MX-5, you just might be able to beat it.

Id love to know how quick 0 - 60 is down hill with the windows up 5 seconds? maybe? mite be on the same terms as an Aston Martin V8

If you chuck it out of a plane it'll do 0-60mph in about 3 seconds

and will reach roughly 120mph after roudn and about 15 seconds...

Don't flame me on the math, it IS kind of rough, but you get the idea...

so your telling me this car only does 0-60 in 14.2? and a top speed of 98 ? but i HAVE had it in 8seconds and over 115mph ... what i will do for you is prove it, ill get a camera and stuff and film it ... then you can all go and whine like little :censor: in the corner

AyGOTH, I'm not saying you are making this up but it does sound extremely unlikely. I have the lightest Aygo and I would still say the 0-60 is in the 13-14 seconds region.

If you really want to find out the performance figures, you need to either get a vbox or come with us when we next go to the strip. It's a bit of a trek from Rochdale to NN29 7XA but perhaps there is a track nearer to you.

The thing is, you say you've done it but howcome no else is claiming that they have done it in 8 seconds or that every review says 0- 60 in about 14 seconds not 8. Just i know for a fact that a 1.0 liter engine that produces 67 bhp (sumit about that) cannot physicaly do 0-60 in 8 seconds.

You save you've had it to over 115, i know it can go over 100 if your going down hill on a long stright but the speedo only goes to 115 and when it gets up there it'll probs be out by quite abit so your probs only doing about 110/112 not that it goes that fast anyway.

Whine like little whats? Stop talking crap, I'm sure if you push it the Aygo will go a little under 14 seconds, however theres no way its anything like 8 seconds even 11 seconds would seem unrealistic, Im looking forward to this video footage.

Can't see my Aygo doing 0-60 in less than 13 seconds - nippy it may be but certainly not fast. I have a number of fast cars in my time, and the Aygo is not one of them! Reminds me more of an old Mini Cooper I had - great fun at sane speeds!

i think ud be able to tell if you had a fault speedometer. Since he'd be doing about 30mph when it was saying 60mph so on 30 road he's be doing like 15/20 i think ud notice that sumit was up.

as video can be manipulated SO easily it's not convincing evidence to me...
