its all bog standard at the moment, however i am convinced that the Aygo 'Black' is the fastest model, i read on the net that it does about 3seconds faster than the Sport in the 0-60 but weights slighty more too ... is this true?

:D

As quoted from what car

http://www.whatcar.co.uk/car-review-perfor...D=47162&U=1

0-60 mph (secs) 14.2

Max speed (mph) 98

so your telling me this car only does 0-60 in 14.2? and a top speed of 98 ? but i HAVE had it in 8seconds and over 115mph ... what i will do for you is prove it, ill get a camera and stuff and film it ... then you can all go and whine like little :censor: in the corner

Whine like little whats? Stop talking crap, I'm sure if you push it the Aygo will go a little under 14 seconds, however theres no way its anything like 8 seconds even 11 seconds would seem unrealistic, Im looking forward to this video footage.

Is your name Bling on another forum?

I'll only believe it from at least TWO video's from separate standpoints,

as video can be manipulated SO easily it's not convincing evidence to me...

no to the bling part,

i will get 2-3videos, from road side and from inside ( 1 driver, 1 passenger maybe )

there are always ways to make it drive faster, without mods, its all driving techique, ive drove loads of cars, been on race days out.

20year old with tons of experiance racing, professionally not just street, i beat a Pug 206GTi 130 off the mark ... got witnesses to that one, but yous probs wont belive that either will you haha

i will show you all

Merry Christmas all

Yeah no matter how good a driver you are you cant make a 1 litre do 0-60 in 8 seconds!!!!

You do make me laugh!

OK I'm closing this topic - it is clear to everyone that a standard Aygo can not do 0- 60 mph in 8 seconds.

AyGOTH has made some sort of mistake in either the timing or readings - either way there is little point in continuing the topic. Things have been fairly light hearted so far but this is the sort of thread which can very quickly become nasty.

In addition I don't want AyGOTH to hurt himself while he tries to do the run and get it on film. TOC would not want to be part of any driving which is illegal or dangerous.

Thanks.

Steve
