What do i need to know about fitting on eof these, i can manufactuer all the pipe bends etc my self to go from turbo to FMIC back to throttle body.

Will i need to do any setting up work, or is it just plumb it up and away you go?

if you get the pulsar kit from www,d2power.com then other than a meter of 63mm alloy tube and some samco bits you can fit it all yourself. it is best if you 'clock' the turbo (info for this can be found on gt4oc ) other than that its plug and play but a quick seesion on the rollers to make sure its all safe is advised.

kit comes in at about £250 and is prettey complete

No setting up work needed as it's effectively exactly the same thing you have sat on top of the engine just bigger and in a better place hence works better. The ecu will detect that the charge air is cooler and bung in more fuel for you.

As Dawesy said always best to get it on the rollers after fitting just to make sure your not going lean anywhere

just out of interest, does to clock the turbo mean to mount it upsidedown to make it easier to plumb to the FMIC??

Just been reading the numerous posts about this on the GT4OC and yes it means to spin it round the pipe work faces downwards..

Looks to be a lot of work involved...
